I've worked at huge shops on Madison Ave with healthy budgets and small shops in LA with not much more than a prayer. I enjoy solving problems for brands that gain notoriety, ensure relevancy and delight.

My leadership style is humanistic and filled with empathy and patience. I believe in a supportive, encouraging environment to foster the most successful work from teams. I'm not there to know it all, I'm there to ask deeper questions to find the special sauce within themselves.
